Having grown up with a mother who was a real estate agent and a stepfather who was a developer, McLain Bender has long been familiar with the industry’s jargon, but she’s most comfortable helping clients find their perfect homes in the Northwest Florida region she loves. After earning a business management degree from Western Kentucky University, McLain moved to Florida to pursue real estate and specialize in new construction. Previously working as a fitness instructor for years, she learned plenty herself, especially how to help people achieve highly personal goals. McLain’s marketing management experience also taught her about the effects of a well-executed promotion, a handy skill she uses to help clients sell their homes.

 

McLain loves her life as a Florida resident, and, in her spare time, she can often be found running and maybe even training for marathons like the one in Panama City Beach. She also enjoys reading — send her your favorite book recommendations! — and the company of her two dogs, Piper and Henry.
