While she is a Kentucky native, Kayla Peace has always felt drawn to the Florida Panhandle. Upon attending Western Kentucky University for public relations, Kayla relocated to Fort Walton Beach to pursue her dream of working in real estate.
With two years of prior experience in marketing and public relations, Kayla quickly learned the value of effective communication between brands and their community. Building trusting relationships with current and future clients of the Coastal Premier Properties NWFL team is her ultimate goal as CPP’s marketing director. This experience has been twofold, not only equipping her with the skills needed as marketing director, but also as a realtor serving the panhandle.
Kayla strives to change the connotation that follows the word 'realtor' by creating an environment of open communication, transparency and diligence. She doesn't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to serving her clients, as Kayla knows everyone's definition of 'perfect' is different. She values building personal, lasting relationships with her clients, as she knows this is the best way to truly tailor her client's experience to their definition of 'perfect'.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys exercising, spending time with her family, and volunteering with friends at ECAR-hosted events, like Soldiers on the Water.
